As Programme Coordinator (Programme Architects), you will be part of the team to operationalise the Youth Corps Internship Scheme. The YCIS aims to provide more students from Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) with internship opportunities in the community and social sector. The internship duration will span over three to six months. The objective of the YCIS is to enable youth to continue their development through on-the-job-training and learning experiences in the community and social sectors, while contributing back to society. You will manage the administration, communications, and coordination with the host organisations & youths under the YCIS programme.

You will be required to coordinate, update & track the Internship Job Description posting on the YCS website, and the grant disbursement processing for the programme period.

Role and responsibilities
- Facilitate and ensure that the internship opportunities listing on the YCS website is updated periodically
- Disseminate required information to and compile responses from Host Organisations and Youths
- Monitor the progress of each individual youth's programme requirement and follow up with them to complete the necessary participation
- Follow up with host organisations and youths on the required submissions (e.g. timesheets, end programme report)
- Monitor and process the grant disbursement to the host organisations
- Maintain the master database for tracking and reporting purposes
- Support the team in any other programme administration

**Requirements**:

- Relevant ITE qualification/Diploma Holder
- Organised & meticulours individuals with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions
- Able to work independently as well as with others
- Able to communicate clearly for effective coordination, both oral and written
- Prior administrative/secretarial experience will be advantageous
- Prior experience in community/social service sector will be advantageous
- Prior experience in programme coordination will be advantageous

Working Arrangement: 4-day work week, 4 hours per day (excl. 1 hour lunch break) / Mon to Thurs OR Tues to Fri

Starting hour is flexible from 8am to 9am.

Location: Somerset

**Salary**: Up to $1,000/month

Contract Period: 12 months
