As our Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination and management of our Capability Building and Community Building programmes (long term) and projects (shorter term; we’ll use _programmes _as a catchall term for brevity):
**PORTFOLIO SCOPE**:
Throughout a programme’s life cycle, you’ll work closely with both our Capability Building and Community Building team members to:
**_Pre Programme _**
- Support in simple logistics and programming research for programme design
- Co-develop, monitor and update a programme execution timeline / Gantt Chart with the Programme Lead
- Liaise with client and community partners on key programme implementation aspects such as scheduling for meetings, site visits, venue arrangements, gathering of participant information, dining and accommodation reservations (when applicable) and more

**_During Programme _**
- Oversee logístical needs such as the purchase, preparation and post-session replenishment of learning materials
- Assist in the coordination of manpower arrangements for programmes, such as liaising with our volunteers and alumni, as needed.

**_Post Programme _**
- Ensure that administrative details and contractual milestones (e.g. invoicing and payments) are faithfully adhered to, both internally and on client partners’ end
- Process post-session / trip documentation for internal purposes, such as receipts, invoices and other administrative requirements
- Collate responses from client partner satisfaction surveys and impact assessments. When needed, you may tapped for support in the analysis and presentation of these important information (with guidance, of course)
- Support in updating our website and social media posts, when necessary. You’ll definitely be instructed and coached for this aspect too.

**_Head _**
- Hold a Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field; bonus if your field of study is in project/events management. If you are a fresh graduate who has experience in running school/CCA programmes or major projects, please send us your resume detailing your relevant experiences

**_Heart _**
- Enjoy working in a small team and in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Take initiative and ownership of every task given to you
- Eat details for breakfast. You are not only meticulous; you check everything off the admin, logistics, communication list with relish
- Delight in liaising with external partners and stakeholders

**_Hands _**
- Communicate effectively especially through verbal and written means
- Excel at planning, organizing and implementation. It’s a bonus if you are familiar with Gantt Charts or any other visual way to plan and monitor project progress
- Proficient in Google Suite, ie. Google Docs, Slides and Sheets
- (You’ll get extra appreciation points if you are familiar with creating designs on Canva or managing social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn)
