**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The purpose of this job is to support the Programmes and Services Department in various administrative, logístical and partnership work at EQUAL.

As Programme Coordinator, you are to coordinate and to network with various stakeholders to brokerage for partnerships and collaborations for Equine and Canine programmes. He/ she is to work closely with the both the Canine and Equine Programme Managers to customise proposal papers and quotations and to liaise closely with clients/ institutions for submission of the tender documentations.

It is the responsibility of the Programme Coordinator to coordinate and schedule various administrative arrangement for the Programme & Services department. He/ she is to prepare notice of meetings and agendas for department meetings, and to coordinate with the Animal Welfare team members for programme needs and scheduling. This includes the scheduling of meetings for key personnels in the Programme & Services department, besides coordinating with HR on training dates for cross-departments.

The Programme Coordinator is to manage data and documentation for Programmes & Services department. He/ she is to compile data required for various reports and to upload documents into shared drive. In maintaining the records of programmes data, it is required for this role to periodically clean-up the hard and soft copies of the documents in a systematic manner and extract relevant data for audit and reporting purposes.

This role is required to prepare materials for programme prior to the scheduled sessions. He/ she will be tasked to design simple artwork for worksheets, brochures, and publicity posters required for the Canine and Equine programmes. He/ she is to arrange regular maintenance for EQUAL’s satellite office at Enabling Village and organisation’s vehicle. In terms of logistic arrangement, it is required for this role to liaise with vendors to procure materials for programme use (printing of journals & stickers, etc), purchase resources for programme use and set up rooms for programme use.

This role may require to work on the weekends and public holidays if there are programmes or events. Reporting to the Head of Programmes & Services,, he/ she will work closely with the Programmes & Services team members. He/ she is to support other ad-hoc activities or projects and to assist in other activities/ works as instructed by the Reporting Officer.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Preferred Experience**
- **Diploma or Degree in business administration, or marketing will be an advantage.**
- **Fresh graduates are welcomed.**
- **Communication skills.**
- **Computer proficiency.**
