Front-desk Receptionist Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to serve as our Front-desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong people management abilities, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization.
- Manage phone and email inquiries effectively, responding promptly to all correspondence.
- Handle course fee collection and end-of-day closing procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with student enrollment processes, ensuring seamless transitions for new students.
- Provide support for daily center operations, including administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Exceptional people management abilities and a strong team player.
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Possesses a polite and pleasant demeanor, with a focus on maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mandarin speaking skills advantageous, enabling effective communication with diverse populations.
- Capability to travel to different locations as required, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
Work Arrangements:
- Working days: Tuesday to Sunday (5.5 days work week), promoting a healthy work-life balance.
- Working hours: 9am-6pm on weekends, ensuring adequate time for breaks and self-care.
Required Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong Attention To Detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
