As the Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for administering compensation structures and incentive plans to support a performance-oriented culture. You will develop, implement, and execute various compensation and benefits initiatives, ensuring competitive positioning through regular market benchmarking. In the realm of Performance Appraisal and Development (PAD), you will support the implementation and execution of the PAD process in alignment with group guidelines. This includes maintaining accurate reporting structures in Oracle HRIS for seamless processes, as well as providing training to managers and employees on the PAD process and tools.For Reward & Recognition (Total Rewards), you will manage existing programs and contribute to the development of new online recognition tools to enhance the employee experience. Timely communication and execution of rewards initiatives will be a key focus area.Your role will also encompass HRIS Management, where you will manage and maintain the Oracle HRIS system to ensure data accuracy and regular updates. Providing training and user support to enhance system adoption will be crucial.Additionally, you will oversee employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, gratuity, and retirement plans. Addressing employee queries and ensuring clarity on benefit policies will be part of your responsibilities.In Attendance & Leave Management, you will manage annual leave reconciliation, validations, and verifications, along with generating regular leave statistics and reports. Exit Management will also fall under your purview, where you will ensure a seamless transition for departing employees and manage full and final settlements accurately and timely.As part of MIS Reporting and Metrics, you will prepare periodic HR dashboards with key metrics for management review, maintain an updated employee database, and generate custom reports as required. You will also assist in HR budgeting, incorporating inputs from stakeholders and monitoring budget utilization to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.Staying updated with regulatory changes and implementing necessary adjustments to HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with labor laws will also be a crucial aspect of your role.Essential qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources or equivalent, along with strong HR operational experience, attention to detail, and process orientation. Preferred qualifications include advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for analytics and reporting, as well as exposure to total rewards management and HR metrics.,
