Merchant Financing Business Manager

Responsibilities Set up business roadmap and targets – Responsible for Merchant Financing local strategy, GTM plan, and rollout roadmap across SEA markets (Thailand/Vietnam); establish business goals for penetration, disbursement, and user acquisition, etc. Drive business rollout and cross-team collaboration – Execute launch plans, manage local operations, and build strong partnerships with e-commerce, seller, and operations teams to ensure target achievement. Build and maintain data framework – Develop analytical models to track funnel performance, market penetration, user acquisition, and campaign effectiveness (interest-free campaigns, white-list expansion, loyalty tiers, etc.) and provide dynamic market strategy to ensure the business target achievement. Work with cross-functional teams for product enhancement – Collaborate with Product, Tech, Risk, and Compliance teams to optimize product features, credit policies, and regulatory alignment for each market. Improve merchant experience and scalability – Continuously refine the merchant journey, enhance user experience, and drive user adoption through education, localized operations, and platform campaign. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field. Experience in lending, e-commerce, banking, or credit risk—especially in SME or merchant financing. Solid understanding of credit product mechanics, risk management, and financial modeling. Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and stakeholder communication skills. Experience working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced, agile environments. Fluency in Vietnamese or Thai is required as there is frequent internal and external communication within the Vietnam or Thailand market. Preferred Qualifications 3 years and above relevant experience in merchant financing space. Knowledge of SEA ecommerce landscapes.
