Roles and Responsibilities
Brand and Business Support
Provide support to drive integrated marketing campaigns and new product launch activations such as end-to-end POSM development, planning, and execution of on-ground brand activations and promotions.
Support new product launches such as product sample requests, product listing information, and sell-in deck.
Maintain product catalog, master data, and databases.
Support in post-campaign analysis on BTL activations and business performance.
Vendors Management and Payment Coordination
Provide support on distributor claim processing to ensure proper support documents and follow through approval process for timely issuance of payment.
Vendor creation to ensure timely payment to vendors.
Follow-up with business partners/vendors on proof of execution and any disputes in amount in invoice and other related matters.
Monitor and track DCA and ACM spent vs budget.
Quarterly reporting on actual vs budget and reconcile tracking file with SAP reports.
Provide support to resolve any system report discrepancies.
Market Data
Coordinate with distributor to ensure timely reporting of competitor activities and promotion/pricing reports.
Manage competitor products library room.
Other Ad Hoc Tasks
Support sample requests and sponsorships.
Assist with year-end accruals for each brand based on SAP report, budget tracking file, and reports from IBM.
Assist with other admin or project work.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business.
Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience, entry level welcome.
Comfortable with data and technology, computer literate in Microsoft Office and have ability to follow defined business processes.
Strong attention to detail, ability to manage and monitor all internal/external documents properly.
Great service mind, optimistic (good attitude/positive thinking), open mind and always treat people with respect.
Builds good relationships and manages multiple stakeholders.
