Senior Banquet Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Banquet Operations Manager to lead our banquet operations team.

About the Role

As a Senior Banquet Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless delivery, and driving business growth.

  • Oversee the planning and coordination of events, including venue selection, catering, decorations, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and culinary teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage event budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Conduct site visits and audits to ensure quality standards and service excellence.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback, attendance, and performance metrics.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To succeed as a Senior Banquet Operations Manager, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
