Job Title: Senior HR Executive

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining HR records, and administering compensation and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant HR experience in a generalist Human Resources role, with hands-on payroll experience. They will also have familiarity and working experience with Access EasyPay, as well as knowledge and understanding of Singapore's employment laws and legislation.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess strong administrative, planning, and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, confidentiality, and integrity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer the end-to-end recruitment process, including tracking immigration passes and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and administer HR systems.
  • Administer compensation and benefits, employee engagement initiatives, and learning and development processes.
  • Process payroll, including first-level approval of claims.
  • Assist the Head of HR in preparing reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience in a generalist Human Resources role.
  • Familiarity and working experience with Access EasyPay.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Singapore's employment laws and legislation.
  • Strong administrative, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, confidentiality, and integrity.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. They will be required to work independently and make decisions based on their own judgment.
