Experienced HR Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for various recruitment and HR-related tasks including liaising with recruitment agencies, conducting preliminary resume vetting, phone interviews to qualify candidates, arranging interviews, maintaining recruitment records and reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment functions such as managing recruitment processes, conducting candidate assessments, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Source, plan, organize and attend career fairs and recruitment events (liaise with educational institutions)
- Application and issuance of work passes for foreign staff.
- Making job offers to suitable candidates and arranging for their onboarding process.
- Assisting in the orientation of new staff members.
- Maintaining accurate records of employee data, including new hires and resigned staff.
- Supporting HR functions, such as updating leave records, personnel records, and payroll processing.
- Clearing out administrative tasks for resigned staff members.
- Compiling attendance records, verifying timesheets, and calculating overtime.
- Coordinating company events and ensuring smooth operations.
- Managing staff benefits and medical programs.
- Performing daily administrative duties to ensure efficient operations.
- Providing regular reports to managers on HR-related matters.
In addition to these responsibilities, we require the ability to perform other duties as assigned by management. Minimum 4 years of experience in HR-related positions is required.
