We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Executive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing comprehensive human resources support, including recruitment and onboarding, HR administration, and payroll management.

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to meet business needs.

  • Support annual performance and salary review processes, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
About This Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing HR support to assigned divisions, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll management.
  • Developing and implementing effective HR strategies to meet business needs.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and efficient hiring of top talent.
  • Coordinating employee engagement and communication initiatives to foster a positive work culture.

Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
