Overview
We are looking for a Junior Compliance Associate to help our Compliance team make sure the company follows all rules and internal policies. This job will give you experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. It’s a great chance to learn and grow in compliance.
What You Will Do
Help review and check documents for new and existing customers (CDD/KYC).
Answer basic questions about AML/CFT and risk checks, and ask seniors if needed.
Support users with the CDD/KYC system and help with simple problems.
Help update compliance rules and checklists.
Monitor customer activities and help prepare reports.
Assist with training materials and basic compliance talks.
Help gather information for regulatory requests.
Support compliance projects by doing data entry and other tasks.
Do other compliance-related tasks as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or similar
Careful attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.
Interested in a career in Compliance, AML, or KYC.
Good at organizing and handling several tasks at once.
Salary:
Up to $3,500 (Based on experience)
