Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Junior Associate to join our team. As a key member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of customer due diligence and ensuring that all necessary procedures are in place.

You will work closely with our management team to assess customer risk and provide guidance on matters related to automated CDD systems.

In this role, you will also assist in updating internal procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting compliance checks on customer due diligence reviews
  • Handling general enquiries on AML/CFT procedures
  • Providing guidance on automated CDD systems
  • Assisting in updating internal procedures
  • Assessing customer activities and preparing reports for escalation to Management
  • Developing training materials and conducting briefings
  • Assisting in coordinating information requests
  • Participating in AML/CFT projects and data analysis
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • 1 year of relevant experience preferred
  • Diploma in a relevant discipline
