Job Title: Junior Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Junior Facilities Maintenance Specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

  • Assist the facilities manager in daily monitoring and recording of facilities equipment performance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment breakdowns efficiently.
  • Contribute to efficient use of utilities resources and perform building maintenance tasks.
  • Support the facilities team in maintaining proper documentation.
  • Maintain ISO standard operating procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum NTC2 or NITEC qualification in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Maintenance.
  • Good knowledge of air-conditioning, mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance.
  • Excellent analytical skills in troubleshooting breakdowns.
  • Proficient in MS Office with an added advantage.
  • Able to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Hardworking and willing to learn.
  • Comfortable working in cleanroom environments.
