Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced facilities maintenance specialist to join our team. As a facilities maintenance specialist, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and conducting repairs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, with experience in preventive maintenance and repair. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, including air conditioning and heating systems.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks, such as replacing filters and inspecting pipes.

Requirements:

  • Min ITE Diploma
