Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general inspection and rectification works on mechanical and electrical equipment, lighting, plumbing, and sound systems.
  • Assist in meter reading for water and electricity consumption.
  • Support and set up sound systems, air conditioning, fans, and lighting.
  • Supervise contractors performing routine servicing and installation work.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and safety measures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or NTC 2 & 3 certification in M&E service (Electrical / Electronic).
  • Able to write simple service reports in English.
  • Possess initiative and work well with minimal supervision.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
