Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Specialist We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities equipment.Responsibilities:
  • Daily Monitoring and Recording: Assist the engineer and team in monitoring and recording facilities equipment performance on a daily basis.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment breakdowns efficiently.
  • Predictive Maintenance: Liaise with vendors and contractors to perform predictive maintenance on facilities equipment.
  • Efficient Resource Use: Assist the engineer and team in ensuring the efficient use of utilities resources.
  • Building Maintenance: Perform routine building maintenance tasks as required.
  • Documentation: Support the engineer and team in maintaining proper documentation.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO standards by upholding operating procedures.
Requirements:
  • Certification: Hold a minimum Higher NITEC certification in Electrical / Mechanical / Building maintenance or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge: Possess good knowledge of air-conditioning, mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical skills in troubleshooting equipment breakdowns.
  • Layout Drawing: Be able to read and understand layout drawings.
