Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and repair of building systems, including mechanical and electrical systems.
- Assist in the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of building mechanical and/or electrical systems.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective works on M&E systems.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with subcontractors for maintenance works.
- Support fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and rectification of breakdowns.
- Monitor and operate systems such as Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Carry out minor repair works, adjustments, and installations when required.
- Populate and ensure monthly reports are accurately maintained.
- Assist in tracking and maintaining equipment records, service logs, checklists, and asset registers.
- Support in conducting safety checks, inspections, and audits of facilities.
- Diploma or Degree from a recognised tertiary institution in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3 years of relevant experience in Facilities Operation.
- Experience in Data Centre Facility Management (DCFM) or CDFOS is an added advantage.
- Class 3 driving license is an added advantage.
- FSM / other FM and Safety related certificates are an added advantage.
