Facilities Maintenance Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys hands-on work and is able to take initiative in maintaining the facilities equipment and systems.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair facility equipment, perform routine checks, and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to execute maintenance projects and services.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to extend the life of equipment and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the Facility Planner or Manager to assign tasks and ensure all maintenance activities are completed on time.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience in facilities maintenance or a related field will be considered a bonus.
  • Able to start immediately and commit to ongoing learning and development.
