Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a facilities maintenance specialist. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising all facilities maintenance related work services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute facilities maintenance operations to ensure smooth facility performance.
  • Manage building works and services to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and supervise installation and maintenance work as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and facilities team to resolve technical issues and attend meetings to discuss M&E related matters.
  • Assist in planning, controlling, and coordinating mechanical and electrical works.
  • Schedule and monitor progress of works while ensuring timely completion.
  • Respond to client inquiries and quotations while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Foster strong client relationships and adhere to company internal processes and documentation.
