Facilities Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Specialist to coordinate and execute facilities maintenance with suppliers and contractors.
- The ideal candidate will have knowledge of preventive equipment checks to ensure facility's equipment are in working condition.
- They should be able to troubleshoot and rectify issues efficiently.
- The role also involves conducting basic facility maintenance works on systems as required.
- Additionally, the selected candidate will execute tasks assigned by our Facility Planner or Facility Manager, including any other duties related to facilities maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate external vendors to ensure seamless maintenance services.
- Conduct regular equipment checks to prevent breakdowns and maintain optimal performance.
- Identify and rectify maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Candidates must be able to start immediately.
