Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair work, with experience in handling electrical, mechanical, and building systems. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively interact with internal teams and external contractors/vendors.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building and M&E systems
  • Respond to service requests and emergency calls
  • Plan and oversee contractors for maintenance and repair work
  • Assist with quality maintenance programs and regulatory compliance
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contractors/vendors
Requirements:
  • Min. Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building, or equivalent field
