Job Overview

The Ethics and Compliance Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of an Ethics and Compliance Program across a region. This role focuses on operational execution, ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulatory requirements, with elements of strategic leadership.


  • Develop, document, and implement ethics and compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Lead the execution of the Ethics and Compliance Program across the organization.
  • Lead compliance monitoring activities.
  • Conduct compliance training and ensure completion of required learning programs.
  • Review compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Support senior leaders to govern and drive activities including risk assessments.
  • Develop dashboards, trackers, and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Identify, manage and support ethics and compliance projects, including corrective actions and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior team members in the team and provide guidance on compliance matters.
  • Drive communication and engagement campaigns to promote ethical behavior.
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders on ethics and compliance initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree; experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, auditing, and risk management.
  • Project management and operational execution skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, dashboards, and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work across cultures and time zones and good communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High integrity, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
