Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the administration and monitoring of our internal investigation case management system. This individual will be responsible for improving governance of ethics and compliance policies and systems, as well as aligning standards across different regions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management or compliance, with experience delivering results in complex business environments. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate cross-functionally and internationally.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field
  • More than 5 years of work experience in a governance, risk, or compliance role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret complex information
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, data consolidation, and visualization through charts and graphs
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and across international teams
