High ethical standards and a culture of integrity will play a pivotal role in achieving the vision of the Ethics Office. The Ethics Office was set-up to guide ethical leadership and decision making, develop, educate and raise awareness on internal policies and regulations, as well as to lead and manage investigations.

We are looking for an individual with a strong track record in delivering quality results in a complex business environment. You will be joining our global ethics team to:

- Strategies, plan and execute comprehensive internal communications, campaigns and events relating to company's policies to bring our core values to life, and boost employee engagement.
- Develop original, innovative editorial content from conception to implementation for various internal channels, ranging from written communications, such as intranet, an internal newsletter, to video content and awareness and educational campaigns.
- Define measurements for success and assess the effectiveness of events, engagement and campaigns.
- Counsel internal stakeholders, and advise on communications tactics and strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-8 years of experience in internal communications. Specific communications experience within Ethics and Compliance field a plus.
- Strong knowledge of communication practices, technologies and techniques.
- Familiarity with various digital and video means of creation and communication, is essential.
- Proven experience in leading organizational change and communications projects.
- Preferably in a fast-moving, global industry or start-up company.
- A proven track record of global, cross-functional partnership and relationship management.
- Ability to multi-task, working on multiple projects with mínimal supervision, and to tight deadlines.
- Excellent project management.
- A creative thinker and storyteller with the ability to create engaging employee experiences.
- Willing to roll up one’s sleeves and get work done, even when at times it’s outside the scope of the job.
