Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Management consultancy activities
  • Position Title: Compliance Junior Associate/ Compliance Junior Analyst
  • Working Location: Downtown Core
  • Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2800 + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Review Customer Due Diligence (CDD/KYC) for new and existing customers.
  • Answer queries on AML/CFT, risk assessment, and name screening.
  • Provide user support for the automated CDD system.
  • Help update internal procedures to align with regulations and standards.
  • Monitor customer activity, prepare reports, and escalate issues to Management.
  • Develop training materials and deliver briefings on regulatory duties.
  • Coordinate and respond to information requests.
  • Contribute to AML/CFT projects, including data analysis.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
