Education Senior Executive Job Opportunity
This role entails assisting in various aspects of the academic programme, including marketing, outreach, and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and process submitted claims from partner companies, verifying information for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with policies;
- Liaise with recipients and relevant officers to address queries or obtain missing documents;
- Prepare billing documents and collaborate with faculty and finance teams to raise billing requests;
- Organize meetings and events such as thesis committee gatherings, mid-point progress sessions, and thesis defences;
- Assist with programme-level events like seminars, new student orientation, and meetings; and
- Perform additional functional duties or divisional work assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification is required;
- Prior experience in administration is preferred; and
- Candidates must be able to commence immediately or on short notice.
