Razer is also **a great place to work,** providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.## **Job Responsibilities :*** Responsible for end-to-end order processing in SAP, including entering and validating customer orders, managing order changes or updates, preparing documentation, and coordinating shipping to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment* Monitor order tracking and ensure all orders follow established fulfillment SOPs* Perform SAP inventory reconciliation with warehouse records* Manage return merchandise processes across warehouse(s)* Establish, monitor, and manage service providers to ensure optimal resource utilization* Maintain and manage data for periodic metrics and reporting to Management* Handle Certificate of Origin applications* Perform other duties as assigned## Pre-Requisites :* Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the consumer electronics industry* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment* Proficient in MS Office* Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus* Strong analytical skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail* Effective communicator who can work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of ownership* Excellent organizational and planning abilitiesRazer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
