**OTC Contract Administration Diagnostics -**
**Order Fulfillment Specialist to be responsible for following through with customers from order to payment.**

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You are responsible for the assigned customer account to follow through from customer order till payment, including and not limited to creating order confirmation, invoices, liaison with customer/ warehouse/ factory/ freight forwarder/ planner etc., to ensure fulfillment of customer order
- You will be responsible to monitor order costs and processing of non-conformance costs (with respective escalation)
- You will be responsible for stock take and stock replenishment for customer / warehouse
- You will co-ordinate with Planner to manage stock forecasting and replenishment for customers
- You are responsible for regulatory compliance and reporting assigned to you, eg, Special Authorization Request (SAR) tracking and update, Controlled Drugs monthly transactions report, Authorize Product Hold (PHCT) system tool, FSCA notification alert, etc
- Where viable, you will support in ASEAN zone projects on Order-to-cash process improvement and/or digitalization / automation project
- You will assist in any ad-hoc task assigned within the order-to-cash process

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You obtained a minimum Diploma in Logistics & Operations Management / Supply Chain or related discipline
- You have prior working experience in distribution, trading or 3PL or 4PL multi-national environment
- Prior experience in the medical diagnostics and/or healthcare and/or knowledge of local and international logistics procedures, practice, and norms would be a distinct advantage
- Knowledge of regulations related to importing of controlled drugs or items

**Your attributes and skills**:

- You have experience working with Oracle SAP system will be an advantage
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Applications eg MS Excel, etc.
- You are proactive and takes initiative in seeking for support and participating in projects
- You take ownership of your tasks and responsibilities
