Head of Sales Trading
to lead our trading team at our
Hong Kong HQ .
This role is ideal for
Senior Traders
who are looking to step up into a bigger leadership role, take ownership of a trading desk, and shape the future of digital asset trading. If you’re open to relocating to Hong Kong, this could be the right opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the
OTC trading desk , managing a team to drive performance and growth.
Design, implement, and continuously improve
end-to-end trading SOPs
for the desk.
Enhance trading efficiency through
system automation
and process optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders across compliance, risk, and operations to ensure smooth trading activities.
Future / Optional Responsibilities
Contribute to
new product development , supporting innovation and expansion of trading offerings.
Who We Are Looking For
At least 6–7 years of trading experience , with
minimum 5 years in traditional sell-side roles .
Proven experience as a
trader
in digital assets, OTC markets, or traditional markets.
Demonstrated ability to
lead a trading team
and improve operational workflows.
Strong understanding of trading systems, automation, and process optimization.
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
Willingness to
relocate to Hong Kong
and work at our HQ.
