Logistics Coordinator Role

This position is responsible for coordinating the logistics of goods transportation, including preparation and processing of export documentation.

  • Prepare export documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, consolidators, trucking companies, and transport providers to ensure smooth shipment and timely collection of cargo.
  • Handle customs permits and declarations, and have knowledge in customs export cargo declaration and incoterms.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in handling import and export permits and bills of lading, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Additionally, they should be bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.

Benefits include a competitive salary, AWS, variable bonus, and 10 days annual leave. This is a permanent role with a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
