The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the coordination and processing of FMCG items, both internally and externally. They will also oversee the packing of these items, manage inventory levels, and maintain store cleanliness.
In addition to this, they will handle administration tasks for the logistics department, such as scheduling and leave management. The role requires strong communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
- Coordinate and process FMCG items for external and internal customers
- Packing of FMCG items
- Inventory control and monthly stocktaking
- Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness
- Administration duties for logistics department
This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and willingness to work extended hours. The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
