Job Title:

Logistics Coordinator

This role focuses on managing the logistical aspects of freight and shipping operations. As a logistics coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods, as well as coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve any operational issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the movement of freight and shipments from origin to destination.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing shipping documents, including airway bills and other required import/export paperwork.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure smooth transportation and update clients and stakeholders accordingly.
  • Inspect cargo in the warehouse to ensure proper storage, handling, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Perform data entry tasks related to shipment tracking, cargo details, and other logistics documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any operational issues or delays.
