Sales/Customer Success - Marketplace Specialist
You will be joining Canibuild, a company that revolutionizes the residential construction industry through the automation and enhancement of design, approval, and sales processes. With a cutting-edge SaaS platform, we provide quick answers to the question, "Can I build this on this plot of land " in minutes, supported by Australia's largest hedge fund and a rapidly expanding global user base across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States.Your role as a Marketplace Specialist will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction within the architectural and building sectors, covering pools, houses, granny flats, and sheds. Responsibilities include acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and identifying cross-selling opportunities to align Canibuild's marketplace offerings with customer requirements. Engaging closely with clients, you will deliver tailored solutions, optimize their marketplace experience, and contribute to the overall expansion of the Canibuild marketplace.Key Responsibilities:- Drive new sales and identify potential client leads.- Manage client relationships, ensuring customer success through upselling and cross-selling.- Provide expert consultation on marketplace products tailored to specific build types.- Conduct market research to align marketplace strategies with industry trends.- Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed on product enhancements.- Utilize data insights for informed decision-making and strategic initiatives.- Assist clients with seamless onboarding and continuous marketplace integration.- Monitor and report on marketplace performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).- Deliver client training and resources to enhance marketplace success.- Establish feedback loops for clients to enhance marketplace offerings.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, civil engineering, or related field (required).- Proven experience in B2B sales or
