**Job Overview
Telefocal Asia serves global ICT professionals and IT/Telecom organizations who seek to upskill or retrain their workforce. We are looking for a Sales and Customer Experience Manager who can help us empower our global clients with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the digital communication landscape.
As a Sales and Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible to source for leads, process sales enquiries, quotations and orders, and build close relationships with clients by understanding and fulfilling their training needs. You will also be required to do sales reporting and build sales pipelines and may be tasked to take charge of growth projects that streamline sales processes.
**Responsibilities**
- Build a pipeline of leads by qualifying inbound inquiries and reaching out to high-potential prospects
- Conduct effective discovery and qualification conversations with new opportunities through deep understanding of our product value proposition and use cases
- Use in-depth knowledge of industry trends to consult, support and manage customer relationships
- Provide regular reporting of pipeline performance and forecast to Management
- Use your frontline knowledge of customer needs to educate the team on learnings and opportunities
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to coordinate engagement strategies and improve processes
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 - 6 years’ of experience in business development, sales or account management in relevant industries
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
- Demonstrates ownership, leadership, and takes initiative. A self-starter and a process-driven individual who is able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge of the higher education landscape, B2B buying centre, decision-making process, budgeting etc. would be an added advantage
- BA/BS graduate in Business, Marketing or other related departments
