Sleek is now searching for a new Head of Sales & Customer Success to join the team, based in Singapore while collaborating with the global offices.
**What will you be doing?**:
**Head of Sales**:
- Responsible for all new business cash sales in Singapore and driving Sleek’s revenue growth by over-achieving KPIs and milestones
- Constantly on the lookout for new revenue opportunities, networking and strategic partnerships and helping to consistently deliver new initiatives for the benefit of Sleek
- Responsible for managing and building a high performing new business sales team
- Working effectively and closely with Sleek’s marketing team to provide regular feedback on the impact and improvement of marketing initiatives to increase the funnel and quality of marketing qualified leads
- Encouraging the Sleek sales team to be active in participating in networking events and running their own Sleek educational workshops to promote Sleek’s services and to generate their own self sourced leads.
- Acting as the main point of contact and being proactive in strengthening Sleek’s referral and value added partnerships with various stakeholders (accelerators, law firms, tax advisory, licensing, banking, government, etc).
- Improve existing lead acquisition channels in conjunction with internal teams

- Identify product development opportunities through customer feedback and experiences
- Nurture prospect relationships through the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with Sleek’s product offering resulting in a long-term relationship
**Head of Customer Success**:
- Responsible for all existing business cash sales (renewals and upselling) in Singapore and driving Sleek’s revenue growth by over-achieving KPIs and milestones
- Responsible for managing and building a high performing Customer Success team
- Responsible for ensuring a World Class customer experience and a high client NPS score
- Training and equipment Customer Success team members on the best practice use of Sleek’s digital tools such as ZenDesk, CallHippo, Tableau and the Sleek Platform.
- Proactively looking for ways to improve Sleek’s operational processes to increase team efficiencies and improve customer experience.
- Being available and able to support all client escalations and being effective at solving client problems in a way that ensures Sleek’s reputation is maintained and the clients issue is addressed in a timely and professional manner.
