- **Accounting & Bookkeeping**:Redefining what it means to do Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax and Payroll thanks to our proprietary SleekBooks ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service
- **FinTech payments**:Overcoming a key challenge for Entrepreneurs by offering digital banking services to new businesses
Sleek launched in 2017 and now has around 15,000 customers across our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK. **About the Role**:
**Mission**:Make Sleek’s Sales performance & operations world-class, with consistent performance across all countries
**Outcomes**:
- Increase Lead Conversion Rate by +10% and New Customers Average Order Value by +20%(sales-driven new customers) through improvement of lead management & pitch framework, and team coaching.
- Increase Renewal rate by 10%
- Increase ARPU by 15%
- Reduce variance of performance - 100% of account executives achieve minimum performance threshold every month
**Requirements**:
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a high-growth start-up and global or multi-regional leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performance SME, inbound sales organizations, with the support of automation & technology
- Strong Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and data-driven sales management.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and financial acumen.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
