We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee a team of designers in producing, creating and editing AI characters for a soon to be launched project. Proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creation of new characters following specific themes and requirements
- Meticulous quality control and editing of all images produced (including those of the team)
- Execute seamless background replacements on a high volume of images
- Ensure top-notch quality and attention to detail in every edited image
- Meet tight deadlines for expedient delivery of edited images
- Collaborate effectively with other team members across different regions to maintain consistency and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Photoshop with a strong background in background replacement techniques and layer masking
- Ability to deliver high-quality work consistently within a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
- Experience working in a dynamic and fast paced operation would be a plus
