Sales and Customer Success Coordinator Job Description

  • Our ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with new customers to understand their needs.

  • The successful applicant will be expected to follow up on customer inquiries, finalize orders, and ensure complete satisfaction.
  • This role involves efficiently processing orders, managing quotes and invoices accurately, and maintaining open communication with the sales team to keep them informed of updates.
  • In this position, you will collaborate closely with Store and Logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
  • A key aspect of the job is monitoring delivery schedules and stock levels to maintain an exceptional customer experience.
  • We are looking for someone who can optimize inventory management to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
