About Department and Position Purpose
The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager will manage assigned clinical services across the care continuum, focusing on customer service, volume & financial targets, processes, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities (80%)
Operations & Business Management
Manage outpatient clinic service points, including streamlining billing, systems, and process workflows.
Oversee daily operations, front counter services, and administrative matters, collaborating with the Clinic Manager to resolve issues.
Achieve targets for assigned clinical services and develop business plans to meet goals.
Support outpatient clinics, including procurement and logistics management.
Develop and implement data management strategies, reporting, and dashboard automation to support data-driven decisions.
Business Management
Achieve volume and financial targets, developing business plans with clinical department heads.
Manage annual budgets, conduct reviews, and explore new business opportunities.
Secondary Responsibilities
Implement hospital policies and procedures.
Ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Positive attitude, motivation, and ability to perform under pressure.
Initiative and independence in work.
Healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory.
