Job Opportunity:

Healthcare Planning Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Healthcare Planning Expert to lead our team in delivering high-quality healthcare projects across the Southeast Asia region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of healthcare projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for healthcare facilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct site visits, analyze data, and develop insights to inform design decisions and optimize project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare planning, with expertise equivalent to that of a peer medical planner.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using architectural design software, including Revit and SketchUp.
  • Experience in greenfield and brownfield projects, with knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
