Regional Healthcare Planner

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Regional Healthcare Planner to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to developing and implementing services planning frameworks for regional general hospitals. You will work collaboratively across different institutions to undertake analytical projects involving data development, analysis, interpretation, and documentation. Your responsibilities will include providing statistical and analytical support, data collation, preparing management reports and presentations, maintaining project databases, and facilitating discussions to ensure project progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. You should also have at least 2 years of relevant working experience and proficiency with business intelligence and analytics platforms (Oracle Business Intelligence, Tableau) and analytical software (SPSS, SAS, Stata, or R). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong team player qualities, and critical thinking skills are essential.
