About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous professional to join our team as a Healthcare Facility Planner. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the design and development of healthcare facilities that meet the evolving needs of patients and communities.

Job Description
  • Provide expertise in the review of architectural and interior design for healthcare institutions to ensure consistency in design intent and provision.
  • Support building relationships and fostering trust among stakeholders to support healthcare development objectives, ensuring seamless integration of spatial, functional, and operational requisites.
  • Actively engage with clusters, consultants, and contractors for an integrated project delivery process throughout all project phases.
  • Participate in various public healthcare sector-level infra-related projects and support procurement processes for consultancy services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Job-related bachelor's degree and above (i.e., Architecture, Interior Design).
  • Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience in Architecture/Interior Design with minimum 3 years' exposure to the planning and design of healthcare projects.
  • Relevant knowledge in healthcare codes of practice and guidelines.
  • Proficient interpretation skills for figures, statistics, and policies.
  • Excellent communication skills, including diplomacy in influencing a wide variety of stakeholders and internal staff.
