About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Facilities Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of healthcare facilities.

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with external service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and manage facility budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain effective safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of facility occupants.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of facility upgrades, renovations, and new projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with building systems, maintenance procedures, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.
