Job Title: Healthcare Services Planner

In this role, you will support the planning and development of clinical services in a hospital setting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for service improvement and develop strategies to address these opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of clinical services plans, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and preferences for clinical services.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to clinical services.
  • Provide administrative support for clinical services, including coordination of meetings and communication with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Project management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good analytical, communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentation.
