About the Role

The Tengah General and Community Hospital is an innovative healthcare campus that offers a comprehensive range of clinical specialties and services.

This state-of-the-art facility is integrated with the surrounding community as part of the National University Health System (NUHS) cluster.

The incumbent will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to lead, plan, and ensure alignment of hospital strategic plans at all levels.

  • Align key milestones and stakeholders strategically
  • Develop and maintain key milestones and timeline of activities towards TGCH opening
  • Support senior leadership and develop backup plans to address potential risks or events that could/have led to delays in meeting objectives
  • Assess current issues and forecast future trends in healthcare delivery, patient demographics, and manpower challenges
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and ensure alignment of hospital strategic plans at all levels

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or Engineering preferred
  • At least seven years' experience in the service/healthcare industry
  • At least three years' experience in supervisory roles or management level
  • Possess analytical, quantitative, and excellent communication skills
