Senior Healthcare Planner Role

We seek an accomplished Healthcare Planning Expert to lead high-quality healthcare projects across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will possess expertise equivalent to a peer medical planner and have strong leadership skills.

  • Design, deliver, and oversee healthcare projects by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for healthcare facilities ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences providing tailored solutions to meet expectations.
  • Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct site visits analyze data and develop insights to inform design decisions and optimize project outcomes.

The successful candidate will hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Architecture Interior Design or a related field and have minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare planning.

Key Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in Architecture Interior Design or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare planning with expertise equivalent to that of a peer medical planner.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using architectural design software including Revit and SketchUp.
  • Experience in greenfield and brownfield projects with knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
