Job Title: Guest Service Ambassador
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences: Provide thoughtful and efficient service to guests, responding promptly and tactfully to their needs and concerns.
- Liaising with Colleagues: Work closely with Concierge, Reception, and Front Office staff to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
- Establishing Guest Relationships: Make courtesy calls to guests and offer assistance as needed to build trust and foster loyalty.
- Providing Efficient Support: Handle baggage and transport with care, and respond promptly to general enquiries.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other reasonable job tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Education: Hold a PSLE certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Work Schedule: Be willing to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Personality Traits: Possess a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience: Preference given to candidates with experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera.
