Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and contributing to the optimization of revenue, occupancy, and average rate.

Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming guests, performing check-in and check-out duties, and creating a positive engagement with guests throughout their stay. You will also be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, managing reservations and email inquiries, monitoring room inventory, and assigning rooms when on shift.

In addition, you will coordinate with stakeholders to accommodate VIPs, corporate clients, groups, and other special requests. Your goal will be to maximize room inventory to accommodate new sales leads and reservations, while encouraging longer lengths of stay for in-house guests.

You will also be responsible for up-selling to meet individual and team targets, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance the guest experience. Finally, you will ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in guest relations or customer service
  • Independent with exceptional customer service and teamwork skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience working with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and PMS/helpdesk systems
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, PH, and morning, afternoon, and night shifts

Cluster Assignment and Rotation

You will rotate between Cantonment, Novena, Chinatown, and Kada clusters, ensuring a diverse range of experiences and opportunities for growth.
