We are seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • Review guest lists to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.
  • Attend to special guests, including VIPs, and address their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information about amenities, areas, and venues, and promote services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with guests to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Offer assistance with various tasks, such as confirming travel arrangements, taking messages, restaurant reservations, and booking tickets.
  • Address customer complaints and escalate issues to the Guest Relations Manager when necessary.
  • Take and check reservations to ensure accurate room allocations.
  • Respond to emails regarding reservations in a prompt and courteous manner.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role is required.
  • Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work shifts and weekends.
  • A minimum N Level certificate is required.
